Overview of Ceylon Curry House

Ceylon Curry House offers home style Sri Lankan cooking at economical prices in a relaxed setting. Curries are available to eat in or takeaway.

Recently reviewed (favourably) in The Cheap Eats Guide 2009, our curries are flavoursome and as you might expect, should you be invited for a meal to a Sri Lankan's home.

With a Burgher style influence in our cooking, we do not use cream, copius amounts of oil nor any butter in our cooking, thus making it a healthy alternative to another sub continental cuisine.

    We wanted to try Sri Lankan for a while as we love Indian food. We were told the flavours were quite different and were happy to find that they were. The flavours were amazing and was absolutely lovely. It was hard but some how the service even topped it. If you have never tried Sri Lankan I would definitely recommend trying Ceylon. Fantastic value for money and the Sinha Sri Lankan beers topped the meal off perfectly.
