    I hadn't been to cafe Paragon for over a year and I happened to go just this weekend for breakfast and was very pleasantly surprised. The place has been completely renovated and had a fantastic facelift - looks amazing, so inviting and so European looking. The food was fabulous, I had the truffle scrambled eggs - beautiful. As for the coffee, lovely flavour & it was the perfect temperature. The penny dropped however when I saw who was the new owner - so congratulations Joe - you have done an amazing makeover and bought this beuatiful cafe back to life. Looking forward to coming back for many more breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
