Our experience at Caboose wasn't very good, so I cannot recommend this restaurant. It was quite busy when we arrived, and looked like a nice little place to get a quick meal. The staff were quite friendly on arrival, and they were quick to take our drinks and food orders. We noticed that every table had been served bread, except us. When our drinks arrived a few minutes later, we still had no bread.
I ordered pumpkin and persian fetta ravioli. The pasta was undercooked, actually more like uncooked, so it was inedible, and I sent it back. My husband finished his meal in the meantime, veal shanks which he thought were ok, but he was not offered any cracked pepper with his meal, and there was no salt or pepper on our table. We had to ask for our bread, as the veal wasn't a big meal, and I was hungry because I was still waiting for my pasta.
My new pasta arrived, the ravioli was drowning in butter, and still the pasta was not cooked, again it was inedible. The waitress asked me if it was ok, I told her it wasn't and that I wouldn't be paying for it, she was apologetic, but, perhaps, they could have offered us some more bread. Anyway, we won't be going back.
