BlueFire's unique “Churrascaria” menu feature flame grilled favourites; beef, chicken, lamb, seafood, pork and more. It’s carved right at your table until you say “no more!” Grilled seasonal vegetables and the Chef's special selection of condiments compliment the meats and seafood.

Watch the Chef's in action at the grill from your seat via one of the plasma screens scattered around the restaurant walls.

We didn't have the churrascaria as we had people who didn't want it. The alternatives sounded appetizing, but were disappointing and very overpriced. The service left a lot to be desired, and we felt rather neglected. This is a large dining room, but still feels very cramped by the number of tables. NOT child-friendly!

Most meat brilliant, however the steak/beef was almost raw! Very expensive. Restaurant lovely.

Good if you like meat... We went on a Tuesday so the churrascaria was half price, woo! I would have been disappointed with full price though...
The meat was always fresh when it came around and there was enough variety to keep me uniquely entertained till I was full.

This is a knock off of Wildfire in Sydney, however, does not measure up in the least. The meat of either extreme mostly very dry or still bleeding. It was a long time between serves and getting wait staffs attention was difficult. Lovely looking restaurant which would be great on a nice summer day but on a cold winters night most patrons left their overcoats on to eat as it was so cold, particularly at the window seats, requests to have heat adjusted were ignored. Very disappointed as there was so much potential.
