We arrived to join a group of 12 in total. One menu was offered, the table was told that they were a little short on menus. When asked for water, two glasses of warm tap water were brought to the table. After 45 minutes, our order was taken. I asked for water, was told they were a bit short on bottles, the waitress then took the drink order (the only one for the evening).

The entertainer tried to pick up one of our group (a lady in her 70's). There was no eye fillet, there were peas and corn in my hamburger, which oddly enough had cream cheese on it (as well as something that I couldn't work out what it was. There was an odd buzzer thing on our table apparently to request the presence of a staff member that had no batteries in. The entertainer wished someone called Dan a happy birthday and congratulated him on getting out of jail and made an off colour joke about soap.

The place is so stuck in the 70's, the eftpos machine seemed totally out of place. I wouldn't go back.

I love the food here but the service and ambience is awful. The Black Angus Steakhouse really could do with a facelift. My chair was almost broken so I was scared to move in case it did and the older gentleman who served our drinks just slammed the glasses on the table upside down and walked away. Poor service. Steak ok. But not worth the expense. Sorry.

It is a motel dining room straight out of the 70's but forget about it! Absolutely huge, fantastic steaks, cooked perfectly with great sauces. They come with a baked potato and sour cream. Forget dessert and get a side of garlic mushrooms with the main. Can be hard to get a drink and take a jumper, can be chilly! Overall, very happy.
