Terrible Terrible Terrible! Scoopon users, Get a refund! Limited to 5 different meats - 1 serve each Only! Waiters hounded us to order drinks, as often as every 5 minutes. Meats served every 30 minutes. We decided not to waste time and walked out after staying just over 2 hours and having eaten only 4 small pieces of meat. Salad bar is rubbish! Hot food bar is rubbish! never seen chips that oil soaked before.
Worst dining experience ever. Essentially paid $20 for 1 small drumstick, 1 sliver of boiled beef (giving it too much credit here), 1 slice of pork, 1/3 chorizo.

We went there last night (Thanks to Scoopon) and it was a huge disappointment. It was like the worst buffet restaurant we have ever had. “The buffet” was only salad, mushroom pasta and spaghetti, some veggies, and chips. You can only have one of each meat (total 5 types) which was ridiculously small and salty, not to mention that we need to wait about 30 minutes between each meat. Here I quote what Scoopon said on their website.
“Only $20 for All-You-Can-Eat Brazilian BBQ including skewers of meat, steaks, chorizo sausages, salads and more Plus Brazilian entertainment. Normally $49!”
“At Bisq Bar and Grill, diners can choose from a selection of seafood, beef, lamb And pork roasted over an open fire and cooked to perfection.”
Well, the skewer was you-can-eat-one-of-each, there was no seafood, and the foods were not perfect enough. The waiters were good, But only if they didn’t come to our table asking whether we wanted more drinks (not free tap water, of course) for every second. The staff showed arrogant face even when we entered the premise. And finally the senior staff came over to our table and tried to cheer us up, but, unfortunately, we were full, full of disappointment.
Overall, I’d rather go elsewhere to have buffet. They are really lucky that more than 4000 vouchers sold through Scoopon (and paid in advance). I will not trust them anymore (yeah, Bisq and Scoopon), even if I get a free one. My suggestion, you better get refund from Scoopon by referring to “misleading conduct”, otherwise just share your experience here.

I have dine here because of scoopon, as I thought because it says normally you pay $49. Even $20 is not worth it for dine here. As many people mention that all you can eat only for 5 type of salad, even caesar salad don't have caesar dressing (can you call this caesar salad?).
And the other hot food which fries, tuna penne pasta, bolognaise penne pasta, ratatouille (looks like stir fried vege with salt pepper), rice, and spring rice (fried rice). all of them taste bland. Nothing I can say much. No effort when making this food.
And the thing that I came here because I want to tried Brazillian BBQ, but it only bite pieces, and in my opinion the best only the first one which was sausages (I can buy by my own in butcher), the rest is not good at all (chicken raw in middle and smelly, pork is to salty, ribs but taste looks silver side to me and taste bland. and for the last which is steak I don't get it because wait for approx 20 minute and not get it.
Ordering cocktail to calm down my self but still not waiting, and decide to leave and pay the bill for cocktail, but still seems have to wait 10 minutes stand up waiting to pay the bill because of the owner talking with customer in the pay area. What kind of joke is this?
Anyone will pay $50 for this? Not even $20 for eating salad? No way. I'd rather eat somewhere else pay cheaper and I can say much more satisfied than eating here.
If someone said to me, "what you can expect from $20 dude?"
All I can say this is only joke to make money from customer but I'm 100% no customer will return and also from word of mouth it will spread very quickly. They have to use this scoopon to make a good name, not a horrible experience.

Do not bother to dine here! We went there because of the scoopon promotion but, the service was the worst I've ever been. The food wasn't any good, meats are just salty and pastas and salads are blend. It took so long for the food to be served. To me its a scam, they said all you can eat brazilian bbq, however when we ask the manager for more meat she told us that only the salads and pastas are all you can eat not the meat. Bisq is an absolute joke.

We decided to go to Bisq because we had a scoopon for their all-you-can-eat brazillian bbq at only $20 (usually $49).
When we got there, the restaurant was only half full and everyone was seated, looking rather impatient. Apparently the kitchen wasn't ready and they were told to wait despite the salad bar being open.
Apart from the salad bar, they had a hot food section which was less than impressive. Soon, they came around with the bbq on a skewer. They were bite sized pieces so we thought maybe we could get a couple but no. It's one piece per person. If you wanted more, you have to wait for the next round of skewers.
Thankfully for us, we managed to get to sample all of the 5 options (sausage, chicken, pork, rib and steak). How did I know there was 5 options? They had a whiteboard that charted the table numbers and when you've been served, they put a "X" next to your table number. Stupid system if you asked me.
It was a terrible experience. The people running the restaurant didn't seem to know what was going on, there was no clear routine or indication the order in which things were supposed to take place. The waiting staff were constantly looking confused. That's not a situation you want to be in when you've got a roomful of hungry customers with their $20 all-you-can-eat scoopon voucher. Will not be returning. Ever.

Great concept. Useless service, no value for money and rubbish food. We went to Bisq, got a coupon of scoopon which was all you can eat for $20 to experience the brazilian bbq and the range of skewers. We were really off the mark.
On the buffet table there were 5-6 different salads, the ones I remember were the pasta salad, tuna salad, rocket and boccaccini, potato salad and sweet potato salad. There also had some hot foods which were chips, rice, black bean curry?, some pasta dish? and roasted vegies.
These sides were ok. Then a guy would then come around and serve each table different meats, a selection of supposedly 12 meats. However, in our 1.5 hrs of being there, we (and our table) were only served three different meats, the chicken leg, pork and corned beef. Also the portions were almost bite size.
Lastly not only was the service disappointing, the quality of the food was as bad, especially their signature bbq dishes. Definitely not worth $20/person, I can't imagine paying $49.

Bad service. We booked online, and got confirmation. Went there with the printout, and they informed that the cafe is not open. Non welcoming staff.

Great concept. This style of Brazilian cafe/churrascaria, usually combined with famous Brazilian hospitality, is a winning formula in many cities around the world. Sadly, in this case, the service dished up by the gruff, surly senior staff is far from welcoming, bordering on rude. Disappointing.
