    Some people in management at Bhoj doesn't have good attitude to speak to the customers. Same as many other restaurants, Bhoj had some issues in service which is fine but the way the gentleman in management tackled the situation was bit rude and arrogant. Further, they were also teaching us (customer) arrogantly that they cannot serve us in time if we give them any running order. That means we need know and order everything in starting that what we are going to order in between my meal otherwise I have to wait for half an hour to get an extra curry or bread. Further, whatever happened the gentlemen over there was not ready to apologize and continued with the heated argument which is never expected in a customer service/hospitality business. And the most pathetic statement given by him in the end when we asked him whether it would affect the restaurant if we don't come here again, the gentleman answered that he doens't want any customer who orders the food after giving the main order.
