Have been here on Split the Bill and enjoyed a most wonderful evening. The food was lovely and the service great. We went on Father's day after a bad experience at another restaurant in the area. We found the place full but after waiting a few moments, they cleared a table for all 10 of us to enjoy cake and coffee.

Possibly the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. It took about half an hour before someone took our order for drinks, then another half hour to actually get them. The food was very average, and we never once got asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert. The dinner plates sat on the table for about 40 minutes before we asked for the cheque.
We had intended to buy more drinks and dessert, but why give a restaurant that provides such appalling service more business? It was a sunday night and the place was dead, so no excuse for poor service. Docklands restaurants are very over rated!

Had lasagne "special" - dry, burned and tasteless. Kitchen staff states that it could not be as he was originally from the town that originated lasagne. He should be made to eat the entire dish!

Went with friends and the lively atmosphere augered well for our dining experience. However, somehow our order was lost in the system and after over an hour of waiting for our food, it was very hard to enjoy. Our side serves never appeared. I was so over Bellissimo and just wanted to leave. Then there was a disagreement with the bill which I believe came about by the waiter not listening to our order properly. All in all, not a very pleasant experience. But the people who were served and left while we were still waiting probably had a great time. If you go there, keep your eye on the time and keep them on their toes.
