I wonder how this business survives, it only opens for dinner and is usually quite empty. The positive about that is it's always quiet enough to carry out a conversation with your dining partners. Mexican themed decorations added interest to the feel of the venue. The food is tasty and the staff are friendly.

I was disappointed that the food wasn't much better than what you receive at Taco Bill. A meal ordered without cheese, was brought to the table with cheese all through it. When we mentioned it to the waiter, she immediately returned and said if we looked in the light it was clearly not cheese and just the colour of the potato.

After more deliberation and finding strings of cheese throughout, we actually had to show the waitress the strings of cheese throughout the meal for her to take it back into the kitche for the chef to make it how it was ordered. I was shocked that we did not get asked if we would like anything while we waited for them to prepare the order correctly, and upon paying for the meals, we were not offered a discount or even a discount for another visit, that is, if we ever choose to return.

I thought this place fell short of my local chain store Mexican. I was so looking forward to a margarita but the machine wasn't working. Tried for a Kalua coffee, didn't have any. All pretty ordinary. No wonder the place was empty on a Friday night!

Excellent Mexican food, tasty and made with authetic style, none of this fast food style slop which you might find in some chain restaurants.
Deco is colourful, worn out typical mexican with nick n' nacks as required, as it should be. On the night we visited, I found the service was friendly and prompt (maybe because they weren't full) and this even gave "the family" time to have their conversations. If you like authetic Mexican food this is the place, even that it's bit off the beaten track.

I have to agree - the service is quite bad in terms of how long you have to wait, and everything turning up at different times, so you have to get there early and allow lots of time for the visit! But the food is really delicious.

Food was pretty good, however, the service was non-existent. We had to chase up everything from drinks, to mains, to getting the bill. Appears to be short staffed, only run by family. Good concept but, unfortunately, falls short.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening, with authenic decor and music to lift the ambience. The food is lovely and the staff very friendly. Absolutely worth a try.
