Like their counterpart in Glen Waverley, this restaurant serves up a fantastic omakase, letting you enjoy the various fish and shellfish of the day in customised sushi. What's more, for a sum of $88, you can go as many rounds as you want. But be warned, after the cheese-and-egg oyster mornay gunkan sushi, you have little room for much else!

Efficiency must be some sort of code this restaurant runs on, even on a quiet Wednesday night. The term "nanosecond" has been redefined to that moment of time between each round of sushi: the empty plates seem to vanish and another plate of beautifully crafted sushi would just as quickly appear before you.

The Green Tea Panna Cotta was a refreshing end to the evening, leaving a bittersweet aftertaste.
