Pretty much agree with what is written here. This is a good reliable eatery. It's is the kind of place to linger in the warmth, replete with full belly and converse with your partner.

Go with an empty stomach and order the mezza!!! $38 of all you can eat goodness. The helpful staff will bring you food until you beg them to stop. A fantastic vego menu to boot!! My partner is a meat eater and I am not they catered perfectly for both of us. Don't forget to leave room for Turkish delight!!

After reading the reviews on here, and speaking to work colleagues who have been to this restaurant, I called and booked a table at short notice for a saturday night. The man who spoke with me was professional and jovial and arranged a table.
As it was a special occasion, I wanted something that was a bit different and would compliment the diverse styles of food that my partner and I love. As expected the place was very busy, but the hostess was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. We were served quickly and efficiently, and provided good recommendations and options.
We opted for the banquet and weren't disappointed. As someone who has spent an extensive amount of time in the Middle East, it's been difficult to find somewhere in Melbourne that could provide a genuine experience that reflects the quality of traditonal cooking and hospitality. This place is the real deal. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. The pace was good, with more food being offered and willingly accepted. The meat options are beautiful, especially the lamb and chicken, and the desserts are sensational.
I'm looking forward to returning. The belly dancer was a great touch and very entertaining. One nice other touch which another reviewer noted was the absence of the corkage charge.

We went as a group of four and had the mezza (banquet). Have to say we were all very impressed with the overall quality and taste of the food. The service was good and best of all this restaurant is BYO, without corkage (a real rarity these days). Will definitely revisit.

This place is delicious. This is the best Lebanese Restaurant I have been too. Dips are absolutely delicious and meat skewers are very tasty. I recommend the banquet as you get a whole variety of food and its priced well too especially for the amount you get. Great for groups and functions. Always book ahead!

Been going here for the banquet for about 12 years, really delicious food. They serve several small dishes one after the other and at the end ask if you want to repeat any of them - we can never resist having just a little more because they are so yummy. Only Saturday nights I would try to avoid -they're so busy they tend to rush you through (you need a little breathing space between courses) and it is quite noisy.
