I went here numerous times and just tried to ignore the fact that there were a lot of flaws, but the last time was a shocker and I have sworn to never return. The chicken parmigiana was still frozen in the middle and my vegetarian pizza arrived with ham. This was after a long wait. The waiter was rude and hostile when we complained and did not even apologise. Other visits have seen the service typically slow and the noise level unbearable. Definitely somewhere that I will not return to.

We were there for a coffee and cake. Only 5 tables were there at 10.00 at night, 2 coffees came out and then our bill. We were still missing 2 drinks and cakes. Very rude stacking chairs around us and vacuuming. Not the biggest shock as the service is always bad.

Been to Airstream several times, food was okay, the place can be very loud and overcrowded. Good cake selections though.

The cocktail selection is magnificent, the menu is great. These are let down by poor service and over crowdedness. This place is known in the area for poor service.

Overpriced, overcrowded and overrated. OK for lunch or a snack before a movie, but there are better places around to have a meal.

Good place to go with a bunch of friends before catching a movie. Agree with amoscanyon that the acoustics need improving... as when it's busy (as it usually is) you can barely hear the people at your table without raising your voice considerably. Otherwise, food has always been good.

Excellent array of cakes, simple, quick food with many vegetarian options. Acoustics need improving. Despite peak dining time, service was very efficient and friendly.

Always really busy but the service is still quick quick and efficient. The wood-fired pizzas are delicious, really thin, crispy base with lots of toppings.
