Thank goodness it was some eastern european friends that invited us along for lunch and were able to advise on food and vodka. The Borsch was devine, the perogi superb, and as for the vodka selection. We will be back!

The vodka selection is great, everything else is very unauthentic: staff and service is slow and don't appear to have any appreciation for eastern european traditions or expectations. Good place for locals, don't go searching for an authentic polish or russian feeling.

The roast duck with maple glazed carrots and roast potatoes was heavenly. And the vodka pretty fine too.

Have been here on a number of occasions and will keep coming back, despite the service. The food is excellent and great for something different, largely Russian and Polish. Extensive cocktail and vodka list adds something different too. Prices, however, are a little on the high side. While the service is slow and inattentive when it's busy, it's a very nice place to relax in so it doesn't seem so bad. Will continue to come back!

As we discovered after a $156 dinner for three left us still hungry, after the Tears can make you a bit weepy. Here's some pointers on how to avoid the Kleenex. Order the vodka in the three tasting glasses deals. The tasting glasses aren't much smaller and it's way cheaper. Go for the share plates. Our pierogi came in tiny bowls and were very unfulfilling. Sundays have lots of families and small children, having a wonderful time with the live string trio. Try another night if your partner is kiddie-phobic. Don't count on the honey layer cake, I think it's off the menu.

My partner and I loved this place. We originally wrote it off being attached to the cinema. But on closer inspection we found a great nook in the back where the atmosphere is cozy. The food was lovely and the vodka menu blew us away. We are big fans of the stuff though, so maybe a bit biased. If you love your vodka and like tapas style food, you'll love this place.

If you are a fan of Polish food- you'll love this place. The pierogi are to die for, and the veal goulash melts in your mouth. Extensive list of vodka as well.
