Dined here in the early evening Friday 18th May with family members. The staff were friendly and quite attentive. We were seated at a window table overlooking the fast ferry pier. The view is definitely a plus and was an enhancement to our dining experience.

We shared our meals which lived up to expectations of such a venue. After reading reviews on this site about rude waiters and bad service I am happy to report it was not the case for us. We had a very enjoyable birthday celebration for my elderly mum.

We have Been going to this restaurant for over a year at least 1-2 times a month and after last nights meal we will not be returning, change of chef and totally waste of effort in going there. Management were rude when we complained about our bleached white chicken and flavorless meal, offered a 10% discount for our experience, we left them a tip! And that was we won't be returning.

Fortunately, we hadn't read the reviews prior to spending a great night here. The night was cold and miserable but the vibe was great, the restaurant was full without being packed and we weren't rushed. The meal consisted of baha California fish tacos and a chicken enchilada, both were very well prepared and nicely presented.

Complementary chillies on the side were a pleasant bonus. Wine reasonably priced and the barman looked like he took pride in his work and was entertaining too. Not quite sure why there are those negative reviews. We thought it was a really pleasant change for a Mexican restaurant.

One of the best dining experiences we've had. Went early on a Saturday with no booking. Waiter was really helpful, suggested wine and an entree for us (we asked for suggestions on these). Both were super tasty.

Mains were awesome, lamb skarra was great. Portion size was pretty decent too. More great service and conversation throughout the meal. Sticky date pudding finished us off. Not the cheapest place, however, great service, good food and many more menu choices means we'll be back for sure!

We had a nice group breakfast, across the road from the Manly beach strip so good atmosphere.

The coffee was good but not great, food was the big Brekky and it was decent but again nothing to rave about: it had 2 sausages, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, 2 rashes of bacon, 2 tomatoes, 2 large mushrooms, for $20 was ok value.

Great professional service to top it off, the waitress did not even have to write the coffee order for a table of 8!

What a magical location! Such a shame it is let down by the poor service, poor menu, over the top pricing and terrible coffee.

Our lunch took ages to arrive. My pregnant friend who asked for her dressing on the side didn't get what she asked for and when questioned they said "it wasn't ordered like that".

The coffee was quite well made but I'm not a fan of the flavour, very sour and with an unpleasant aftertaste!

I was quite relieved to read the other review as I feel exactly the same about this salon and wondered if it was only me they were rude to! I also signed up for a laser deal and each time I go I get treated like a scumbag (the first time I was accused quite venomously of wearing fake tan when I had told her twice already I had not).

I don't think this salon understand or have ever given the time to think about how these deals could generate more custom for them if they provided a good, friendly service.

I have never posted a review and am not one to complain but this place really made me feel v uncomfortable and I left with bad vibes on all three visits, go somewhere else if you can!

I have been here a few times for lunch and dinner and it is nice. The food is pretty good, the ambience is sensational. There is a good wine list and I really like the banoffee pie. My only major gripe is that we went here for dinner last Saturday for the 6pm sitting.

I totally understand that on weekends restaurants need to do 2 sittings but despite arriving at 6pm on the dot and ordering as soon as somebody would take our order, our mains were not served until 7.30pm which meant they were not cleared until just before 8 (the next sitting). We even chased our mains twice and we were told they were "just minutes away." I really wanted the banoffee pie and then the staff were quite abrupt and rude when we wanted dessert as they needed to get ready for the next sitting.

I'm not sure what happened as all the tables around us were finishing dessert when we were finishing our mains. No explanation was given by staff. Very happy to have to be in and out in 2 hours but I'm very unhappy that the meals took so long and ruined the end of what was otherwise an enjoyable evening.

Worst yum cha experience I have ever had. Not only did they often miss our table due to port layout, the food was often cold or not available. We were given a time limit to eat our lunch of 1 hour. When asked if we wanted anything else and we were told that what we would like wasn't currently available in the carts and that they would now be collecting our bill. We were charged $40 before we even ate a thing. The staff were rude and unhelpful. And often avoided being attentive at all. I will not be going back.

Great place to go to for drinks (wide range of cocktails) and the views, especially of the passing parade, are good. Food is ok, but nothing exceptional. Good place for a night out.

I tried more than 30 thai restaurants in Sydney. This one is the best.

Here the reasons why you try this gem: thai chefs and waiters, products are extremely fresh and imported directly from thailand. The dishes are creative and extremely tasty. Prices are ridiculously cheap for this quality.

I found this restaurant 2 years ago when it was not well-known and they remain steady in the quality they deliver. The only downside is the noise, but remember you are eating in an hallway between shops.

So bring the friend who claims he knows the best of the best of Sydney and surprise him!

I ate lunch 2 days ago here, 2 mains, 2 beers and I (inedible - tasted like crumbed rubber) child's fish/chips cost > $100. This was a rip off. The child's fish tasted like rubber. My dish, battered fish and chips, was a small portion. The Waitress was aloof (who thought she was doing us a favor, by letting us eat there) was only interested in selling us items on the menu.

We were first in the Restaurant, and asked if we could have a window seat: No! We didn't book! We were rushed out in 35 minutes. Thanks for the relaxing lunch on my wedding anniversary, on my day off work. No, I won't be back, or recommend your restaurant to anyone I know, or don't know!

Great location, pathetic food! Burritos were overpriced and you had to pay extra for condiments such as sour cream and salsa! There wasn't even a side salad or garnish! Terribly slow service too.

My girlfriends and I have dined here a few times now and can’t believe how great the food is. Actually we were a little surprised. My favourite is the Chilli Prawns Special with Haloumi.

I do find if there is a band on a Friday or Saturday night you do need to get in a little earlier as everyone seems to order at once and, therefore, there is a queue at the bar to order and sometimes the wait is a little longer. But all in all the food is great and prices seem to be quite reasonable for the quality of the food you get. We will continue to come back.

We went here and really enjoyed the mid week lunch special. Very impressive, so I was very surprised to read the negative reviews below. (Wheelchair facilities are excellent).

The venue itself is great, lovely location and food is good, however, do not organise a function here. I had a function of 33ppl and was booked into a specific area which I wanted, I had sent copious amounts of emails and no response then when I finally got a response was told the area had been double booked and was then promised another area which I agreed on, then emailed again to confirm and was told I couldn't have that promised area, however, with persistence they then agreed and confirmed I would have the area outside.

When we arrived on the night, however, they had put us in a completely different area and had only set up 1 table for 15 people which couldn't even seat half my function, we had to pull tables from wherever we could to make it work, and for a surprise party it really did ruin the surprise.

To top it all off I approached the functions team on the night to express my disappointment and was not even given a slight apology. I have heard from friends knowing other people that have had problems with the function people so I would definitely look elsewhere to have your function.

Delicious food with good service, we couldn't eat the final course as we were stuffed. Next time we will go easier on the corn chips to start with!

The best thing about this restaurant is the amazing view. Unfortunately, the food did not match up to the views nor the price. The cherry tomato bruschetta was just the tomatoes put on top of some unspecial bread (at least cut the tomatoes in half), the peppers stuffed with goats cheese were too small in portion, and the salmon, asparagus and thyme was definitely not worth $28, with the salmon tender but encapsulating none of the thyme and only the slice of lemon provided the flavour, which came with a green salad and some slices of cucumber.

At least some nice mash potato with additional garnishings would have brought it up to standard. Nice place for a coffee but not for a meal.
