Elizabeth's offers homely dishes with Asian influence, helpful staff and a pleasant setting. The fig, prosciutto and goat cheese salad was simple but tasty, as was the Asian style pork belly. Not as flash as other places in the Hunter valley, but much cheaper. That said, they charge $9 for 3 pieces of sourdough bread with herb mascarpone! A bit excessive, isn't it?

Dropped in here for a quick coffee and a snack. Great coffee and nice fluffy scones. Service was quick and very friendly. Great place.

Enjoyed breakfast here over the long weekend. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the eggs florentine and french toast. Coffees were also lovely, which is sometimes hard to find. Above all, the service was fantastic from both staff members on duty. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly but not intrusive. Will definitely return to sample lunch next time.

Decided on lunch at Elizabeth's Cafe within the Mcwilliams. We arrived with another couple and were seated promptly.
We didn't have any entree's, however, I ordered a main which was small beef steaks including jus and potato bake. It was plated very well. The steak had a great flavour through it and was nice and tender. The veg was also cooked very well and had a nice texture. Others had the sandwedge which was quite large, very nice fillings and throughly enjoyed.
We also ordered a side of their hand cut potato wedges. They were a hit, the garlic aioli was fantastic, a nice hint of garlic without being over powering. We are extremely glad we chose Elizabeth's Cafe for lunch and would certainly go back without any hesitation.
Overall, food was very good. Ambience took a little hit, as the small entrance court yard hindered the view of the slopes and the meals were priced fairly reasonable.
