Overview of Blue Skies Dining

Blue Skies Dining offers a relaxed casual dining experience right on Hobart’s waterfront with a great Derwent River outlook. A full menu is available all day from lunch through to dinner. Daily specials are available including all fresh styles of Tasmanian meat products and local seafood.

Open 7 days a week from 11:30am with a selection from our full menu or an opportunity to simply relax with Tasmanian premium wines and beverages or coffee.
