    Absolutely hopeless. On an urgent job they lost my job card for 2 weeks then made all sorts of excuses.

    Whatever you do, do not use this company if you want good service. They have held my Bosch dishwasher hostage for over 5 weeks now and I have not had one phone call back, despite their promises. I have had to pursued them constantly. They are incompetent.
