Agree with below... there's nothing modern here. The waits are simply rude and arrogant! However... the food is really not that bad! I like the Yum cha here but the environment is a bit too messy. Will dine in again if there is improvement :)

Last Saturday I went there Yum Cha with my friends, I like the food and the price was not too expensive. My friends told me the seafood over there are fresh. We will come back and have dinner in East Ocean.
