Very ordinary food and service not much better, agree with other reviewer re duck dried out and tough. Bangalow pork was overcooked and dry (no mean feat as they injected with oil and flavouring) ignore all the awards from previous years they are not relevant now.
Really fast service and high quality food. Their menu was quite varied and contained a lot of interesting dishes. The only downside is that it's placed in the middle of a number of other restaurants. This creates a lot of noise and a lot of through traffic for the people sitting on the outside tables... If only the restaurant was placed in a quieter area it would be perfect.
Very Very Averge Food, great service, were great with the kids, however, my confit of duck was dry, the calamari had a greek salad with "bulgarian fetta " which maybe an acquired taste. However, it nearly made me sick.
I dined here for lunch. The restaurant looks fantastic, it's located well and the service was quite good. However, I found the food to be average and over priced.
Had breakfast at Sage. Ordered Eggs Benedict, Big Breakfast and Omelette. Omelette was the best. All were large meals and pretty good value for money. Complemented the staff and they gave us a discount card for the next day. Would go back.
We got a 2 for 1 offer from a time-share company. Took the girlfriends folks - was a bit dubious but this place was superb. Fast and friendly service, heaps of staff on a busy Friday night. Everything we had was good - Sth American flavoured chicken, seafood thai curry, steaks, entrees - no complaints at all. Mains were around $25-$30. My only experience of Broadbeach dining but would go back again definitely.
