We have been going to the Captain's Table for years. Since it has recently moved to it's new location, it is much busier but because of it's al-fresco style dining, has kept a lovely ambience. Value for money is outstanding. The service is great, with regular attentive staff that are not Too "in your face" like some places can be. The quality of the food is always fresh. I think their seafood is to die for while my husband loves their steak.

We have been going to surfers for 13 years and this was truly the worst seafood we had ever had anywhere! Seafood platter shellfish were half frozen or dry. We asked to have a crab removed from the platter and substitute a lobster were told we would have to pay the difference which was fine. At the end of the meal we were charged for both!!

The manager then offered to give us the crab in a plastic bag to take home
He was totally unaware of customer service. Please don’t go there. There are great seafood restaurants in circle on cavil. This business captains table has obviously changed hands as we have been there for many years - save the bad experience.
