Tourist beware. Anything not on the menu you must ask the price for 1st to save embarrassment. This is something I would ordinarily assume was consistant with the rest of the advertised pricing.

Grilled flounder ended up being $65! Long Island Ice Tea (basic 2 nip cocktail with coke) $25. Two of the seven dishes served were incorrect. Time between 1st main meal served to 8th main meal served was over an hour and the restaurant was quiet.

During a week's holiday in Broadbeach we have eaten at a variety of exclusive restaurants where the bill was getting on for 4 times more expensive than Valentino's yet the service has not even compared! The guys here were outstanding, personable and friendly, efficient and most importantly always there when you need them, we didn't have to ask them for anything, they just knew! Food was hearty and lovely fare and exactly what you expect from a nice italian restaurant. Highly recommended and will eat there again!

Was shown to a seat pretty quickly on a very busy Sunday night. Got the dinner menu but had to ask for a Pizza menu. Upon (eventually) receiving the Pizza menu the waiter said Pizzas would be a very long time and stood around waiting until we made a decision! We asked how long and the response was "I can't tell you" This put us off ordering Pizza. It appears that the table next to us who were seated five minutes after us received their Pizza at the same time as our food.

We ordered lasagne and the sauce was very bitter, the food is generally overpriced. Marios in Broadbeach is much better in terms of food quality and value for money. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I actually once flew up from Sydney just to dine at this restaurant. Stayed the night and flew back, it really is that good. After coming back from living in Italy, I really wanted some decent proper Italian food. I have introduced many business associates to this place who all fall in love with it. The Marinara is the freshest I have had. Huge servings, proper Italian cooks and staff. Amazing.

With some friends visiting from Italy we recently had dinner at this restaurant on three evenings, the pasta dishes were excellent as our Italian friends testified. The restaurant was extremely busy on the evenings we attended yet the staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back next time I am in Broadbeach.

Agree with he comments below. Had to request a separate pizza menu, ham and pineapple not really the best. However, we enjoyed the atmosphere on a busy Saturday night and the service was excellent.

Came across this place for a late lunch. Food and service were quite good. My chicken if anything had too much sauce, but, otherewise, was good. The place could really do with a bit of an update as it seems like it is still set in the 80's. Other than that no complaints.

A typical italian style pizzeria, with a bustling atmosphere. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive, although I was surprised when the menu had no pizzas on it, and I had to specifically ask if there was a separate pizza menu! The pizza was quite disappointing, with low quality ingredients and a bland taste. Prices weren't too bad compared to the rest of the coast. Overall, an acceptable casual dining venue, but I wouldn't rush back there.

One of my favourite restaurants in Broadbeach!! Staff are really friendly and love to help you out with choosing meals. I didn't go last time I was up there, but will sure to when I’m up on my next break!!

The staff here bend over backwards to make an eating experience in this restaurant one to remember. Even if you duck in for only a coffee and dessert they are awesome. Nothing seems to be too much bother for the staff. Definitely one of the better restaurants on the coast.
