I went to Gold Coast during Easter break for holiday and my friends pick this restaurant for dinner. First impression is great, as decoration looks good. However, when it came to service, I found that this restaurant has serious problems. We have to wait few minutes before someone found us seats, and after we ordered the food, we had to wait for 1 hour for the food to come out. It is very disappointing considering there were not too many people on that night.

When it comes to the food, I found that the price is too expensive, as the portion is small, and it is tasteless.

In summary, we all ended the dinner that night disappointed. Expensive, poor services, and tasteless food.

I spent the entire dinner wondering if I would get caught if I just walked out without paying that insidious amount of money for the dreadful food that was thrown on the table in front of me. Not to mention that I was overcharged, and the food was nothing as it was described on the menu. Biggest waste of my life.

Never again, lamb was overcooked and tough, kids meals were burned and boring. Service sub standard and they were not even busy!

Service was OK, although that could be because we were the only people there. The kids food we ordered was the worst kind of warmed up frozen fare that I wouldn't expect of somewhere that puts on it's web site, "We pride ourselves on traditional Italian and Mediterranean influenced food based on the authentic Tuscan-style of cooking, cooked to order, panned in the traditional Italian style using only fresh, quality ingredients."

The beef lasagne was bland and appeared to have been frozen and warmed up, the pizza was forgettable.
