Disgusting! Worst breakfast I have ever had. Waited over 45 minutes. Asked for no eggs and extra bacon came out with burnt rubbery eggs a burnt sausage one rasher of cold bacon, burnt toast. The eggs benedict was awful, the sauce tasted off, the toast was grilled black. Would never recommend eating hear. I don't understand how they can even still be in business.

Rude, incompetent staff. When we complained that they missed half our order we were told it was our fault. And they charge for ketchup! Who does that?

Went on a holiday to the Gold Coast for a holiday and a bunch of us decided to come eat here. There was plenty of specials available but the regular menu is a little expensive. Portions size are decent. Food wise its nothing special but not terrible either.

What was most disappointing was the service. The japanese lady at the front is cute but we couldn't believe what happened. I had a entree but after that the food stopped. We waited and waited, and what did we find? The staff didn't cook our mains, why? Because they were waiting for my entree to finish but they never came to check whether I finished! That is just poor poor service. I also said I wanted the food to come out all the same time! It's almost like they didn't take any responsibility at all. Avoid!

We waited 45 minutes for them to come over and tell us that they had run out of aussie burgers. When they finally brought out the food, it was terrible. I ordered the all day breakfast, eggs not cooked, sausage over cooked, toast burnt, the only thing good was the hash brown. The food is extremely average, the drinks are overpriced and the service is terrible. I wish I saw the reviews before we walked into this place.

Just spent $157 for 2 adults and 2 kids. The fish was not fresh. The calamari was probably bought at woolworths. Its frozen seafood. Service was non existent. Had to wait 1 hr. Even the garlic bread was frozen and when served it was mushy due to it being frozen. When asked the waiter questions he laughed it off. No wonder they make you pay before you eat. Never ever going back. Save your money and go to mcdonalds.

We ordered a hamburger (meat well done) and grilled snapper, then waited at least 30 mins.

After that wait, with hardly any customers, you'd think the food would be cooked properly but the meat patty had a good thick layer of charcoal and was pink in the middle.

The grilled snapper was covered in some sauce I never wanted and had no idea it came with it and it was uncooked in the thick end of the fillet, I couldn't cut thru it!

When we showed the staff and cook, they couldn't have cared less, and no refund or part thereof. There was also pigeons walking thru the place.

Worst breakfast I have ever eaten, how can a chef stuff up breakfast, I ordered Poached eggs which weren't drained and then put on top of the uncooked bread, $21 for Breakfast consisting of 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast, 1/2 a rasher of bacon, and something that resembled a sausage. Eggs benedict came on 1/2 piece of toast, and all meals were swimming in some sort of water. Disgusting. I hope they cook dinners better.

Waited forever for our food. People who came in after us got their orders before us. A couple before us got their money back because they have been waiting too long. In the end got our order wrong. Would not recommend.

Spaghetti marinara was awful! not edible at all, instead of a red sauce it was more like a creamy pasta sauce. Their grilled octopus had no flavour and the steak was overcooked as well as the dianne sauce tasting more like an indian curry. The service was terrible. They were cleaning the plates off our table while some of us were still eating. Reason being that the waitress wanted to go home.

I ordered fish and chips w side salad. My salad was wilted and came w/o dressing or mayo. We expected our drinks first, but instead food came before. The Fish was sooooo dry and disgusting, fries were the only thing that tasted good on my plate. Not worth your money! no wonder they are looking for new senior staff? perhaps, new kitchen staff too.
