Waitress was friendly enough but service incredibly slow, took 15 minutes to get drinks, asked especially for kids food to come first yet arrived after mains, 3 of mains were wrong, one main sent back twice, plates never cleared even when kids dessert was being served, which we had to ask for, the senior staff came to apologize and blamed it on the kitchen (bad form), all in all a very disappointing experience given the prices.

We knew this was a little more expensive than similar style restaurants so waited for a special occasion to try it out. Disappointing. I had a half rack of pork ribs ($31) and fries. I was given a very stingy serve of fries. Hubby had full rack of beef ribs and fries. My teen had a burger (which she loved) and my 6 year old had the kids meal with a burger, which was served with more chips than my rib meal. The kids enjoyed their meals.

The ribs were average, we've had much better. We had a drink spill at our table which I apologised to the waitress for, to which she said, "That's okay" but then did nothing about it. As we had no napkins, it sat there until the next time she wandered past and I asked for it to be wiped. So two ribs, a burger, a kids meal, 3 soft drinks and one cocktail was over $120. Probably won't go back.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but was severely disappointed. The lamb ribs were so fatty I couldn't eat them. The chicken schnitzel (kids meal) tasted like the frozen ones from the supermarket. I would never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Very slow service. Beef ribs had virtually no meat on them and vegies undercooked and potatoes even rotten inside! Steaks were apparently Ok. Not worth the money, I'd spend mine elsewhere next time!

My family dined here 3 times and loved it my daughter is gluten free and had no problem with the range.

I liked the decor, the staff were very friendly. The food was of large serving but to my disappoinment of average quality or maybe my expectations were very high. I recommend Ribs and Rumps to those that are after a large serving for a reasonable price.

Went here for dinner, the food was good but it didn't meet the standard I've come to expect out of Sydney. The service, however, was great and the staff was attentive and helpful. The price is good. Will be coming back.

Went to dinner on Sunday night and it was very quiet. I was looking forward to trying this place since it had opened not too long ago. I ordered the petit steak and my husband ordered the ribs, no starters as were trying to keep space free for dessert. The steak was plated with fries and so were the ribs, the steak was cooked nicely, the fries were slightly over seasoned. Husband said the ribs had a great flavour to it but he couldn't polish off the plate, the serving was huge. My husband will drag me back when he has a craving for ribs.
