Worst service we have ever experienced. In a Gold Coast strip with plenty of other choices this restaurant needs to get its act together. We arrived at 7 pm, ordered a drink with no ice, it came with ice, ordered bread and an hour after arriving asked about the bread, ordered water and had to remind them. Tables all around eventually got up and went to the desk to try to finalise the bill.

A poor customer waited over an hour for a take away pizza! No explanation, no apology, and impossible to try and get a waiters attention. And thats on a Tuesday night! Heaven help the customers on a weekend. Go elsewhere!

This place was the worst restaurant I have ever had a meal at! I thought it was a joke to charge the prices they did for the quality of the food! The service was shocking and I found the waiters to be rude and seriously incompetent. Looking around the restaurant I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who thought this place was terrible. There are a lot of nice places to eat on this road so pick a different place!

There is no children's menu but our waiter said they could do an entree size pasta for our 4 year old. When the bill arrived we were only charged $2 less than the main price of $18. We thought $16 for a pasta for a child was excessive. When I went to discuss this with the woman in charge she told me that "they did not do entree size pastas" and that she "did not care" about what I had to say.

She was a little bit aggressive and shouted at me. She then ignored me while taking payment and did not say thank you or goodbye. We have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before. Though the food was nice!
