We have eaten here 4 times. 2 times the meals have been very nice. Twice I have ordered steak. They do not know how to cook steak. The last visit took the cake. We ordered a peppered rib fillet. Pork spare ribs were served up. When I pointed out that this was not ordered I was told that rib fillet was not on the "Sunday" menu. I pointed to the menu that we had been offered that quite clearly had rib fillet on it. The very friendly waitress consulted the kitchen who offered to cook the rib fillet for an extra $4. I then asked for a refund. The staff member after consulting the kitchen again said it's already cooking and we will do it for no extra cost. What was served? A tough rump steak with a pepper sauce.By that stage I couldn't be bothered saying anything. I know they thought they got away with substituting rump for rib fillet but they didn't. Not good enough Harrigan's.

We go to Harrigans quite regularly. Food is always of high quality, service is friendly and meals are good value for the size. Weekend band live entertainment is excellent and is a very family friendly pub. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good irish experience.
