Had lunch today, 5th January as a party of 6. It was the slowest service and the wait staff were completely disinterested in being waiters. We had a range of meals from entrees to mains and it took a long time to receive the food. The pasta was overcooked, salmon was tasteless and the lamb cutlets were chewy and lukewarm.

We would have happily informed the waiter, however, there was no follow up and when he cleared the table he didn't even bother to ask how our meals were.
One member of our party asked the waiter to enquire with the chef why they cooked their food the way they did and when he finally came back he said he didn't bother asking. It's not as though they were busy either. Definitely won't be going back to this overpriced "restaurant".

I can not tell you how bad this was the staff were so slow and the restaurant only had 9 tables seated. We see one waiter that they avoided us. You had to stand up and waive to get attention. The food took for ever to arrive then it was over cooked. Tomato sauce was on my chair then on me when we first sat down a table of 4 walk out and my daughter said to me "dad that isn't a good sign" she was right on the money. Teddar street used to be a great hub of food restaurants this one lets it down miss it on all costs much better else where.

Was a busy nite so a bit noisy. The food was ok. The steak was over cooked, but we enjoyed our overall experience.

Had dinner tuesday night with my wife and the kids, the service was fast and the manager very helpful, the food delicious, we had pork belly and duck, always very good, a must.

Just recently ate at Domanis and the new food specials which are weeky, I had the proscuitto wrapped chicken, sauteed mushrooms and asparagus coulis, just divine! definitely a must go!

Usually a great restaurant, however, I have had 2 disappointing visits recently. I think the staff need to be more positive and enthusiastic. Food is usually good value for money, however, atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights is terrible.

This place is really nice for a quiet dinner, I went on a week night though, so maybe busier on the weekend. Food was great, my hubby enjoyed his steak and my salmon pasta was yummy.

One of the original Main Beach restaurants, still in the same place and offering good food. Although Italian based meals, something good can be found for all tastes. Extensive menu although not the cheapest in the suburb. Well worth a visit or three.

Good service coupled with great food although a little noisy -although not enough to overwhelm the conversation. The twice baked duck with walnut risotto and asparagus was sublime. The natural oysters were fresh and still tasting of the sea.
Definitely worth the money.

A wonderful restaurant where the food is always fresh and lovely, service is impeccable and friendly and the Tasmanian blue cheese is absolute heaven!!
