A huge fan since discovering this place about two years ago. Consistently great, friendly service, terrific menu and value for money, unique gaming room (Neptune's underwater world theme) and the main bar is a fishing boat.

Live music presented regularly in various parts of this venue which is very family and group friendly, very nice atmosphere, a really friendly place to go for lunch or dinner or in-between. Waterfire Bar and Grill is ideal for family birthdays and special occasions, make sure you book ahead though.

Went for a family Birthday, all ordered together, 2 people got their entrees & mains while everyone else waited 45min to receive their entrees. Food was all cold and deep fried with no flavour. Would not go there again!

We went for breakfast and waited 1.5 hrs even though there were only about 5 other tables. The food was cold when it arrived. They apologised profusely but we wouldn't go back for breaky. The ambience is excellent, they just need to smarten up the kitchen!

Admittedly it was Mothers Day, it was extremely busy but the staff did not advise there would be a 2 hour wait for lunch, which was the best presented overcooked horrible meal (all 5 meals). We heard there was kitchen staff issues but that was no excuse. My very annoyed but polite husband paid the bill and we left without further comment.
