Had a birthday dinner with a large group of 20 on a busy Saturday night. The Staff were well presented and they tried hard to service us well but fell a little short. Drinks were a little slow and entrees were slow for the order to be taken. We had to ask the staff that we wanted our mains order to be placed.

The meals were good, not exceptional but good value for money. There was a good spread of different meals ordered but all were received well and no one was upset with their meals at all.

The Ambience wasn't great in the Casino Lobby, especially when there was a cat fight in the main lobby downstairs. Ha ha. All in all a good night, but I will try another place to eat at the casino before I dine here again.

Service was prompt and friendly. Bread was fresh and brimming with flavour. Main was exceptional, fresh, well presented and offering a flavour to be savoured.

Went when it was tooo busy. Food was tasteless and they wouldn't give me enough parmesan cheese. Not really italian in a casino should be better food.

Great food, and the service is amazing. The food is brilliantly presented but could be a little larger in servings. Have gone back time and time again and will continue to do so. The only restaurant I will eat at while at Jupters.
