I used this company for the first time recently and was very impressed with their services. The technician showed up on time and was very efficient and professional.

Tried after hearing good reviews. Food was ok. Waitress was rude and abrupt and had no intention of trying to give us a good night. Hard to get the attention of staff as they were too busy talking. Service was dismal. Can only assume that there was no management present as their attitude towards the patrons was terrible. Will not be coming back.

Our table ordered our food at the same time, however, the food was brought out to us at completely different times - half of our party had finished their serving before the rest of the table even received their orders. The drinks were extremely inconsistent and I doubt that the staff even had their RSL. The restaurant was hardly busy so I find this poor service inexcusable. The food was average, I will not be returning and I would not recommend my friends to this pub.

Really enjoyed my visit I was very taken care of, felt welcome and wanted, I was listened to. They offered so many beneficial style and colours and explained how it would compliment my shape and style. Taught me so many tricks to maintain style at home. And given a lot of advice the do's and dont's for my hair type. I learnt so much and The advice given I never heard before. But it was spot on and worked. I have new hair, thought I just suffer from flat and boring hair. But it was me making it that way. The girls were welcoming, attentive, comforting, creative and really funny. They really love what they do and they make you know that. 10+ from Me. My hair is fantastic.

Great hotel, especially for a special occasion. The location is obviously one of the main reasons I was draw to this place. The service is lovely but the view is amazing, a great place to celebrate.

What a beautiful spa, you don't feel like your in Frankston! And the staff make u feel so welcome.
