Overview of Hanuman

Hanuman at Darwin now holds court at the Holiday Inn Esplanade complex. The restaurant has a lovely deck dining area and a chic cocktail bar. Hanuman seats 90 outside and a further 90 inside the restaurant.

The truly international tableware and artworks lend a breathtaking ambience to the ultimate trio of Thai, Indian and Nonya (Malaysian) cuisine. Local vegetables, herbs and seafood are turned by Hanuman’s expert chefs into sumptuous and innovative dishes.

The Meen Fish Mooli is to die for as well as their Oysters. I have some of the fondest memories of this place and highly recommend it. Great romantic setting.

With not really any brilliant 5* dining options available in Darwin, this place is pretty good. The food is tasty and fresh. Good variety on the menu to suit most people. It is on the expensive side!
