We held a function here recently and were really impressed with the timing and the food. The meals were good and my vegetarian meal was impressive. The 2 course specials are good value and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful venue :)

Very large room lacks a little ambience and warmth. Not an evening venue during winter. Go for lunch or summer evening for the view.

Knowing how easy it is for a good night out to be ruined by a bad restaurant can make it very tricky to know where to dine. My partner and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for quality service, delicious food and a night of truly being spoilt!

We were more than pleased with the high standard of service from our waiter, David, who happily kept the restaurant open for us later than planned and served us in the professional manner that you would receive in an established Sydney restaurant.

Thank you to the chef for creating some of the best dishes we have ever tasted on the coast. Full of flavour and passion. Each dish was bought out in perfect timing.
There was nothing we could faulter with the whole evening at The Boathouse. Leave the hype of Terrigal's restaurants that often leave you wanting and try something new!

Well done Boathouse we will definitely be back.

I had my wedding here. My decorations weren't put how I wanted them, the children were fed entree's (which they didnt eat/or like) and no meal after that, my diabetic parents were not allowed to drink their special alcohol they bought, and the Boathouse didn't have any beers for them to drink. Servce staff were so rude. The whole thing really ruined my night.

This has been one of our favourite restaurants in Sydney for years. Make sure you order the salt and pepper crab, oysters and snapper pie. Definitely the best meal in Sydney. The oysters are exceptional. The location and atmosphere are fantastic, a true gem.
