We ordered there at least once every month, but after poor service and wrong orders time after time, I gave up!

The food is decent, however, the service is poor. When staff get you another drink, they forget to remove the empty glasses. This is basic service! I guess that is what you get when you employ children. I once ordered a take away Chicken Caesar salad and they gave it to another customer (a freebie for them)! I waited 25 minutes in total...for a salad? I have had enough and will not go back. Decent food, but poor service.

You couldn't really call this place Italian, as it misses the point completely.
Italian food focusses on the staples of food. A pasta dish highlights the quality and flavour of the pasts, bread dishes use amazing bread, gnocchi uses great potato etc. etc.

The pizzas that I tried were aweful. The toppings were overwhelmimgly salted and off-putting. The base was worse, with it being a bread dough, not a pizza dough. It was fried in foul tasting oil and reminded me of the last time I endured Pizza Hut.

I also tempted fate with a dessert pizza. It was disappointing to the point of determining that Zeffirelli is a place I'll never return to. With such bad food, you could only say that the value is poor too, set in a gimmick of a shopfront.

Popular established restaurant nice pasta and the service was fast. Heard about it in syd and when I saw it we had to try it. Overall a great experience largely for good food and fast light hearted service, I would visit again happily.

Really bad chewy pizza. After the promise of quality, I was so shocked to be served a bready base with overly salty toppings lacking no other flavour. Almost as bad as the nation-wide franchised places.

I know you get what you pay for but this must be the worst pizza I've ever had. Tough enough to use as a frisbee and oily enough to need minig rights before being able to dig in. I left unsatisfied and bewildered by the concept that they thought they were doing a good job.
