I eat here every few months to use up all the free wagamama meals I accumulated in Sydney, each time hoping the service will improve.

Well, they're no longer spilling water on me (and giggling), forgetting drinks orders and meals (multiple visits worth of tragic stories) and ignoring frantic hand waving. But they do make you wait and look at the menu in the drafty doorway even when there are lots of empty tables and lots of staff doing nothing. And everyone but the girl at the register thinks they're very cool. The food is fine and appropriately priced (though they partially pre-cook some ingredients - no worries, except when you notice!). Duck gyozas are great.
