Michelin Master Chef Jan Gundlach has gathered together a fine culinary brigade to create a new food experience for Canberra.

Dinner is a sensual and elegant culinary experience called Jaan’s Table. Jan and his team craft a degustation menu that changes every day.

At lunchtime on market days, senso introduces the Flying Buffet. The freshest and best produce available from the markets on that day are brought together for a light, multi-course tasting lunch.

Senso is an innovative and stimulating environment for corporate events. Senso’s team building events in the kitchen provide a fun, rewarding, and unique way for your team to get motivated.

Cook & Eat is where up to 20 guests can choose to assist in the preparation and cooking of their food before sitting down to be served the fruits of their labour.

The Culinary Diploma takes you through a series of five hands-on practical cookery sessions incorporating the most important culinary principals.
