Best Italian Restaurant in Canberra! Atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious! Busy restaurant all the time so you expect it to be a bit noisy! but still a great experience, regular customer - satisfied every single time. Never go anywhere else!

One of the best italian places in Canberra. Yeah its loud and can get busy, but the food makes up for it! Unlike the previous reviews the food that was served to me was amazing! The bread, anchovies, olives, entree's mains, everything was amazing! Will definitely go there again!

The best Italian food in canberra! I read a few of the other reviews and I experienced the complete opposite, although it is loud but I think thats what creates the Santa Lucia ambience of a busy family restaurant.

Service in this place was terrible! One waitress for a whole restaurant! Amazing this place is actually busy while I'm writing this review. And still not getting served!

Pretty dismal place really. The service was shocking, we didn't get menus for half an hour, and then it took another half hour for them to bring us mixed bread. The anchovy bread was a large slice of italian bread, with half an anchovy on it. Very disappointing. The mains were all ok, but not amazing.

The place was so noisy that you had to shout at the person sitting across from you, and it just wasn't worth trying to have a conversation with someone seated diagonally opposite. Don't think we'll be back here.
