Although we had booked there was no table reserved. A request for pepsi max or coke zero flustered the waitress as they had neither. A request for any type of diet softdrink was difficult. Finally the waitress returned with diet coke.
The entree was their combined. The spring rolls were good, the pork balls were good but ordinary. The prawn toast had no evidence of prawns and were more like an english highly fried slice.
The first of our mains arrived without the rice. Then another dish. Then it was decided these were not our dishes so they were given to another table. Then the first of our real dishes arrived with steamed rice instead of the fried rice we ordered. We inspected the steamed rice and there were brown bits in it either burnt crust or something dripped in it.
This rice eventually disappeared to be replaced by our second dish and our fried rice. Both the dishes we chose were as advertised and very nice. However, the fried rice was about the quality and taste you get frozen in the supermarket. I would say it was frozen and reheated.
Finally the dessert, We chose the profiteroles. The waitress consulted the chef and told us they were not available, they didn't have any. We chose a banana split and the fried ice cream. The banana split had a single small scoop of icecream, a bruised banana and lots of caramel topping. The fried ice cream was closer to the mark with a flaming whisky coating leaving a strong aftertaste.
So overall the good points were vastly over shadowed by the farcical service and the lack of supplies on hand.

Complex Cambodian food at a really reasonable price. I have been there twice now, and each time have really enjoyed the food. The chef comes out to greet his customers when it is not too busy, which is a really nice gesture, very rare nowadays, so we really appreciated the quick but friendly chat.
The food is really yummy. Must try: Fish amok, stuff chicken wing, and soft shell crab. Ask for the chicken wing to be cut into slices, as it is one piece. My different groups of friends all enjoyed the food and experience. Although the only down-side is that the waiter can be less than attentive at times when it gets busy. But otherwise, thumbs up! A gem in Canberra for sure!
