I'd been looking for a good Thai place in Gungahlin since my favourite one closed down. This is it!

The food is good, tasty and with just the right amount of heat. I particularly love their coconut rice, which makes the coconut-based curries even more yummy! Staff always friendly and smiling. This place is a regular for me.

Our favorite thai spot after recently moving to the area. Well presented and comfortable restaurant with great thai food, all the normal favorites as well as great chef's specials offering fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Reasonable prices, staff always smiling, courteous and attentive. Not sure if there has been a change of management since this place got bad reviews back in 2008, or if the place has just pulled their socks up...either way it looks to be back to its former glory.

We ordered money bag, gang massaman, pud thai noodles and prarum long song. All meals were very enjoyable. Service was good and even though it was completely full we were served in a timely manner. Especially liked the money bag. Nice combination of flavours. Also like that with a full house the place was not too noisy. If in Gungahlin I recommend Little Siam.

It is a little Thai restaurant on the North side of Canberra. Reasonably priced and serving. Comfort food which tasted good but not surprising! Particularly like their grilled chicken salad with a very nice sauce to go with it.

On the Canberra scene, this is really one of the better Thai restaurants around, especially since it has come under new management in late 2009. My wife and I spend most of our time in Chiang Mai and love exploring Thai food so I think I speak from a position of some knowledge of the subject. We have tried every Thai restaurant in Civic and on the North side, often a number of times over the years.

A rating of 10 would be silly, but a rating of around 7 1/2 to 8 for the food is realistic for this very good quality Thai restaurant operating under Australian conditions. The deep fried snapper with green mango salad was particularly excellent. Some dishes could be improved by the addition of authentic Thai ingredients such as pea and apple eggplants and green peppercorns in the gaeng kiaw waan (green curry) dishes.

Overall, a very satisfactory restaurant experience on two occasions (groups of 2 and 5) and an excellent home delivery on one occasion for a group of seven. Highly recommended.

Very nice litle Thai restaurant, I went there with five other friends last week and we really loved he food especially the dishes called chuchee and the one with cashew nuts were so delicious. My friends were really impressed with the service as one was allergic to seafood, one allergic to peanuts and another required wheat free meal and the chef was able to cater all the dishes we asked for and all of us still get to enjoy our food together. Most importantly its not expensive.

Love this place! Dined in, service was good. The money bags are sensational. I really enjoyed the spicy noodles.

After having ordered takeaway from this place a few times, they are always late, took over 1 hour to arrive. Then they had forgotten our rice. When I called to ask for it to be delivered, I was told sorry we are very busy tonight!! Ah hello I am one of your customers making you busy.. If you cannot handle the heat get out of the kitchen!!! Not going back would not recommend.

I have eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed the food and the restaurant so I decided to try their home delivery. Bad mistake after being told the order would take 30 minutes, it ended up taking one and a half hours. After an hour we called to check on the order and were rudely told it would still be 15 minutes. Not only had the level of service declined but the quality of the food had also.

Our few entrees were small and tasted almost like mass produced versions of the dishes we had ordered. My wife's wonton soup had to be thrown out as the taste was terrible and my Pad Thai appeared to be noodles in an oily red sauce, 6 pieces of chicken that looked and tasted like dodgy cafe deep fried chicken kebabs and very little else, no tofu, no bean sprouts, no coriander and no chilli.

Unfortunately, it appears as if another of Gungahlin's once good asian restaurants has slipped. Maybe the over-abundance of this type of restaurant in Gungahlin is causing them to reduce their quantity and quality to increase their income.
