I'm not really a chocolate-person, so it was with much dragging that all my friends decided to take me here.

The truffles here are amazing. Try the Rosewater Jelly one. Or, if you're into more of a drink, try the blood orange with dark chocolate. Wish their coffee was a bit better though. It's got a bit too much milk, and thus too hard to taste the beans.

Service here has always been amazing everytime I've popped by. Only let down is that it's incredibly expensive for everything. Then again, I suppose you do pay for quality, and in that aspect, Koko Black does very well.

The food in the cafe while tasty, it's over priced. However, I love their blocks of dark chocolate and will pay $8 for a block anyday! Service is great with the lady at the counter opening a block so we can try their new 80% dark blocks before purchasing, as I loved their 74% which has now been discontinued. I stocked up as it was still smooth with only slit bitterness and I wish KoKo black was in Sydney!

The food here is really good, however, the portions are quite small so don't expect to engorge. The cafe is usually full and service is usually hard to pin down but it is worth the wait for the food. Unfortunately, you do have to pay quite a bit for the small serves provided but they are well worth it if you like fine chocolate.
