A bad experience. We came here on a voucher, which the staff obviously resented. We got a greasy seafood platter (overpriced fish and chips), which was so bad we couldn't finish it. We won't be returning.

At first staff seemed nice. I was given a drinks menu that clearly stated prices, I ordered a mini cocktail after I was shown the glass size. After I had paid I realised that I was overcharged by $10 and when I confronted the bar staff about it I was told that the prices listed on the menu were wrong, and then the story changed and I was told that the bar girl had poured the wrong amount of alcohol in the cocktail so I was charged the full price, without my knowledge of the mistake as the glass size was the same.

When I argued my case that it was only fair that I was charged what I had actually ordered I was told by the girls that it wasn't their fault that I couldn't afford a drink and I had already finished the drink so tough luck.

After speaking with the senior staff I was given my money back, but received no apology as even he disagreed with me saying "well you did drink it didn't you?"
I have never been so offended and shocked by so called 'hospitality' and I will not be going back there.

I went there with a group of work colleagues and was offered a choice of five dishes on a $30 a meal menu. We'd been sat at our table for about an hour before the waitress asked if we were ready to order, very poor service.

I ordered a rare 200g rib eye steak and was really looking forwards to it. When it arrived it was tiny, about a third of it was fat and it was nestled on a bed of mashed potato, no wider than the steak and about 1 cm thick. Once I'd hacked my way through the steak the mash was almost certainly instant and not freshly made from real potatoes!

A friend ordered the Chicken Kiev and it was about the size of a Chicken Drum stick very disappointing. We then got onto the after dinner tea and coffee and it took so long for the Tea to arrive that several of the party had given up waiting and had left!

I then found out that our $30 dining experience had been reduced from the $55 a head menu for our group! We couldn't believe that this restaurant had the downright cheek to ask that for such poorly cooked, un impressive meals.

Overall, it was probably the worst meal that I've ever had in a restaurant. A big call I know, but I stand by it.

Meals delivered to wrong table or not delivered at all. Worst dining experience ever for a work Christmas lunch. Meals mixed up. Complimentary bottle of wine really didn't make up for the bad service.
