Lovely Sis Mantar and the best zucchini balls in Canberra! As a vegetarian there are lots of things to choose from, however, my boyfriend loooves the mixed grill.

Visited this restaurant with my partner about a week ago and had the large dinner banquet great value for money lots of food walked out of there very full. Will definitely return soon favorite things in the banquet were the beetroot dip and the chicken skewers not to mention the zucchini balls very fresh and delicious. The service was very prompt and they didn't make us feel rushed,

We took our mums who had never eaten turkish before and ordered the banquet. Plenty of food, described pleasantly to our nervous mums, and all was tasty, warm and plentiful. Yes, the decor is a little old, but the ambience was still good. It was the fortnight before christmas, so lots of parties, lots of happy groups. A lovely night out.

Shame about this place, maybe once in the past it was busy and the food was nice. On a Friday night in April, it was empty at 8.30 pm. We were told that the belly dancer who had started at 8 pm had already gone home.

We ordered a chicken dish that tasted like cat food smells, was lukewarm and, disturbingly, looked a little like cat, well, you get the idea. The 'Turkish meat platter' was nothing you couldn't get at the local kebab shop. We should have left when the belly dancer did.

Food is good but not spectucular, decor is definitely tired, staff are sometimes great sometimes a total disaster (incorrect meals delivered to several tables, wrong drink delivered, wrong bills delivered, all in the one night).
