We waited 40 minutes for food and people that arrived after us were served before us. The waiters just kept saying it was coming. No Apology at all was given. We almost walked away and wished we did. Aldo wished we had read all the bad reviews on them. Would have strongly influenced our decision to eat there.
Never I say never eat at Caffee Lella!

Used to dine here a lot, had the worst service by all staff. Had to ask to be served after 20 minutes then waited an hour for food which apparently was not even placed as an order. When I went in to complain and pay for hot chocolates I was asked to leave and that my money was not good. Told to "get lost" by a staff. Worst mother's day special lunch ever. Never again Cafe Lella, How dare you treat people like that, especially when you were in the wrong!

Terribly disappointed. I had the breakfast focaccia which was rather small and accompanied by 3 leaves of salad with no sauce. The focaccia itself was not too bad but not worth AUD 14.50.

We had to wait a long time to have our meals served and they were just eggs on toast and a focaccia. The flat whit was ok for me, although not very strong in taste and contained too much milk.

The wait staff is inexperienced and our complains about the size of the food compared to the price haven't been taken into account at all. Well, to sum up, we will never go there again.

This is one of the best cafe in Canberra. You can tell that the Chef prides himself on the freshest produce. I had breakfast there and the rocket served with my eggs was fabulous. I ask the Chef and he advised me that it was from his garden. It was the best breakfast I have even had.
