Owner is terribly rude. Did an awful job of my underarm and half leg wax. Missed a lot of hairs and left heaps of wax all over my legs. did not stop bitching about all manner of things throughout. She is in the wrong job. I won't be back.

I can't believe the owner of this shop has been in business for so long. She was rude, never stopped talking about herself, was very critical of my skin - and not in a 'beautician kind way'. Worst facial I've ever had, and I've had a lot over the years. Don't waste your money. You pay to be pampered not to be made to feel inadequate.
