Went to dinner last night, four adults and a child. There's no kids menu options at all but the food was ok for the type of restaurant. Service was a great improvement over last time I went there, staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing bad to say, nothing overly good to say but I would go there again. Worth a try if you need a quick bite before grabbing a movie.

Have eaten here quite a few times over the years and have recently found a big improvement in both service and food. Even the coffee seems to be quite good. I love the outdoor seating area here, its great sitting outside even in winter as they have very good gas heater setup.

Eaten here a number of times. Better to go at quiet times if you are hungry! Food was ok but over priced for the quality. Coffee's are passable. I recently took my family and some interstate visitors for brunch. It was an ok experience, nothing to write home about. There are better places for a meal/coffee around the Woden shopping centre. Just need strong service area leadership (and training for workers) and a fresh menu to pick up the slack.

Woeful. The salad was drowned in dressing. We found someone’s hair in an entree a quarter of the way through eating. When the waiter brought out the mains I mentioned that we hardly ate any of the entree because of the hair. He said nothing. No apology, not even an acknowledgment that this was not ok. The mains were just ok but quite expensive for ordinary cafe food. They charged us for the entree but upon complaining about the hair and the fact that more than 80% was not eaten they took it off the bill. Not before being very rude about it. Never again.

We went for dinner last night with a large group of friends. The place was packed.
I had a Prawn, sausage risotto with wine, chilli, basil, - except, there was no chilli or basil. The rice was hard, under cooked, no pepper or parmesan was offered, and the dish was swimming in prawn heads and antennae that had fallen off. I left with a fishy flavour in my mouth, and a scratchy feeling, possibly a swallowed antennae. The dish cost $20.90.

My daughter was crying that it took so long for water to arrive to the table, about 15 minutes after asking for it. There were also no kids options so we had to pay $15.50 for a small pasta.

Food was taken away while people were still eating, maybe to hint it was time to move, or could be the lack of experience of wait staff. At the beginning of the meal, the booking was forgotten so tables needed to be extended, and one person with a pram was told possibly by the staff, in a not to nice tone that we "need to get rid of it". Um.. there's a baby in there!!

The waiting staff obviously can't cope with such bookings, the kitchen staff can't cope with such a huge varying menu, the ingredients were not fresh, an idea might be to reduce the menu, or increase training, and staff. I would have to say, I would never go there again. Just terrible.
