This busy restaurant has full tables for lunch and dinner usually, and with good reason. While we go in with the intention of ordering something different we usually don't. The Laksa is fantastically good, very filling and amazingly fresh usually. The service is fast and unobstructive, but not particularly cheerful or friendly. Well worth the visit for a fast lunch that is going to satisfy on many levels.

Great value spot. The Laksa is great and very popular. This is a budget spot, don't expect great service or fine dining ambience. Just good food, turned around quickly and at a good price. (I actually prefer it for take away as the Laksa travels well and stays reasonably hot until I get home).

Generally restaurants that continue to stick around offer two out three possible good things: Food, Service, or Value.

Now anyone knows that outside of the staff running around madly to get the food out in record times for the busy city executive lunch time trade (compared to most other restaurants), the nicy fluffy side of service from the staff at the noodle house is a bit on the thin side. But what the hell, who comes to the noodle house or most asian restaurants for that matter for friendly service? I go for the great food and cheap prices. Thats 2 out of three. Good enough for me.

Lighten up lady, you know you'll be back once you get over your hurt feelings. LOL. The bank is just down the road next time. Or else too bad, I'll be eating my underpriced laksa next time you are waiting inline at the disappointing westfiled foodcourt for some $10 sandwich you could have brought from home for a quarter the price. Noodles Rock!

This restaurant usually has good food but my experience last night was extraordinary. The senior staff was so money-grubbing without the less subtlety that it is entirely disgusting.

We had a pleasant dinner and went to pay the bill. However, once the billed were paid, we became nothing to them! All of the fake hospitality was gone. After paying the billing, we asked the woman at the counter who just took our money to break a $50 dollar note for us. She told us she did not have change when I could see her till full of change. When we tried to explain that we did need a few dollar change for parking, she just totally ignored us as if she did not know us!

Obviously, once the money has changed hands, we have no value whatsoever to them. We will never ever go back to that restaurant.
