Absolutely loved the sushi at Zuri bar and dining last Wednesday night! I was blown away with the quality of the sushi and at $19! My favorite was the chicken karage roll... beautiful savory flavor with a crunch... not sure what previous reviewer was talking about because my boyfriend had some fresh salmon and avocado in some of his and my cooked tuna was yum too... Maybe it's changed since then. Anyway we will be back next time we are up from the coast!! :)

Lovely ambience, very helpful wait staff, they couldn't have done more and general staff were good, but the bar staff were so rude and condescending. Apparently, Bundy and coke shouldn't be drunk by anyone. They keep the bottle under the bar and heaven help anyone who wants to order this drink. They were also rude to anyone who dared ask them a question. Spoiled the night. Don't recommend, as the lovely surrounds and the other staff don't make up for this sort of attitude. Plenty of other places to spend our money.

I wouldn't normally bother to comment on a restaurant but I thought this place deserved it. We waited for over an hour on a Saturday night even though the restaurant was empty for a few plates of Sushi. The Sushi was overpriced ($15 for two pieces). We then had to ask several times for our bill. The service was friendly when we could actually get someone's attention. Really disappointed in this place and wouldn't return.

So I went to Zuri in fortitude Valley tonight being thursday. I have heard about the wednesday night all you can eat sushi and how good it is. My Girlfriend was away for the night with work so told some friends form work and we went to have some japanese food. It was my first time there and I was blown away with the decor a must to see. The food was awsome and the staff were really friendly to the point were we got to first name bases. The food come out a bit slow but the ambience made up for it. At the end when we went to pay for the bill we found out the they are running a special which was 40% off the total dining bill. Great work guys! Keep up the good work and see you next thursday.

I've been going to zuri ever since I was a +1 at my partners colleagues wedding. It was definitely the decor that first attracted me to zuri. Every time I visit it still feels like I'm a child entering a wonderland. My girlfriends and I work in the city so have made zuri our meeting point after work. Wednesday nights you cant go past the all you can eat sushi- I've seen a few people complain on here about waiting. I have definitely never gone hungry, or thought it was that long a wait, and its due to them being so busy! Maybe you should get in for the early sitting or if you are a large group make a booking? Its great value for money, excellent quality, and fresh authentic sushi for only $15pp its a dream come true :) The only bad thing I have to say is I can't always afford the cocktails, you seriously can not have enough and are worth every cent.

I am always at Zuri for all you can eat sushi on Wednesdays and my friends and I think it's great- yes sometimes it takes a bit longer than usual to get served but it's worth the wait and it's because they're busy! Where else can you get a full, healthy meal in the Valley for such a reasonable price? Actually, where else is even busy enough to be open on a Wednesday in the Valley?

You can't call rolls made with tin tuna Sushi just because you wrap them in noori. What a complete rip off the all you can eat wednesday sushi is. Not one piece of fresh or raw fish on the menu. You are limited to 1 hour, must buy a drink before you get your table and access pass to the all you can eat, then by the time your waiter comes around and first order taken you've already been there 30 minutes.

Very interesting in a bad way. Was told the restaurant had run out of sashimi - nice work for a sushi bar! This was on a Saturday night. Nice work guys.
