Overview of Waterloo Hotel

Brisbane icon, the Waterloo Hotel is re-opening its doors are a two year renovation closure. The Waterloo is the only Valley hotel providing breakfast, deli-style light meals to go, tapas, lunch, dinner and supper, 7 days a week. Just as the interior of the venue has evolved to become more befitting of the grand façade, so too has the menu with Waterloo’s renowned executive chef, Andreas Nielsen, developing a fabulous new menu, which boasts a range of meals that you would expect to find in the finest restaurants.

The food is matched well by a selection of craft and international beers, a carefully selected wine list and bar staff with fabulous cocktail skills. There are so many experiences to share in the extravagant valley venue. Whether it be a leisurely breakfast, lunch, after work drinks or late night cocktails, the evolving nature of the Waterloo has something on offer at any given time, on any given day!

    The Waterloo has a great look now. Everything else was good, nothing outstanding, just good.

    Wow - Great transformation of the Waterloo Hotel. Nice restaurant with in and out areas, lovely bar, and very comfortable small areas for your personal group of friends to enjoy.

    The front of the Art Deco facade remains with the art deco theme continuing on inside the front half of the hotel. Very cosy feel. Staff are very friendly, and there is plenty of off street parking.
