Vapiano is the definition of a new ‘fresh casual’ approach to dining where people can get good quality food quickly without having to pay the earth.
Vapiano’s selection of pizzas and pasta range from $13.90 to $19.90 with salads from $7.90 to $13.90.
Vapiano creates good old-fashioned Italian recipes using only the best local meat, produce and cheese. Whenever possible, Vapiano sources produce from within 150 kilometres, including growing their own herbs and making their own pasta and pizza fresh every day. Vapiano’s aim is to get food from farm to fork as quickly as possible.
Vapiano’s range of cheeses, include buffalo mozzarella which is hand made from pure buffalo milk, is from Vannella Cheese from Milla Milla in Far North Queensland; olive oils are pressed from frantoio olives grown in the South Burnett region north west of Brisbane; eggs are from a farm on the Darling Downs just west of Brisbane; and the fresh fruit, vegetables and extra herbs come from Bowen, Bundaberg, Gatton and Logan.
Vapiano also offers gluten free gnocchi and sauces.

The place is so busy. Go in quiet times if possible. I didn't really enjoy my pasta after lining up for it. Then you have to line up for a drink. Then you have to fight for a seat! Not my style of dining but hey it was busy so maybe just not for me. Will try again though.

Great pizzas, fantastic service, a refreshing change in the cbd. Great for groups as you get a card each, to mark up drinks and meals so you don't need to worry about splitting bills etc. Will be a regular for me from here on in.
