Went to Toscanis for lunch with the girls. The service was absolutely terrible. It's not as if they were busy at all so there was no excuse. Waited for over 20 minutes to get a round of drinks. When we asked for an additional beverage as she had missed someone we were told that they were busy and fobbed off for another 20 minutes. This happened twice.

Once the food arrived almost 45 minutes later, the food was not to standard and a cheeseburger had to get taken back as it barely had any meat on it. I am not a food snob but when you are paying $9.50 for a glass of wine the least you expect is the waitress to put a smile on her face instead of the inconvenienced look of disgust that she gave us. This is not the first time this has happened.

I went there with my husband and children for dinner on a quiet night and were sitting at a table for an easy 15 minutes and still got no service so we left. My recommendation is for the owners to hire somebody who actually wants to work. I will never go back here again. Putting a smile on your face is free.

I suggest you wear a rain coat when you dine here as I and another customer had three drinks spilt on us in a matter of 3 hours. Signage for Toscani's it so hard to find. mmmmm makes you wonder.

My partner and I go to Garden City Toscani's for breakkie, service can be a little slow, but love the mediterranean Breakfast, or Eggs Benedict. Breakkie is always yummy!

Very disappointing. The oysters kp were cold with too much sauce, the garlic pizzette was stale and the half vege half meat pizza was cut so that the vegie section was 2 slices and the meat was 4 huge slices with 2 pieces having half vegie on them (vegetarian not impressed). The service was too attentive with staff hovering and clearing dishes before we were finished. Will not dine there again.
