    I've eaten here a few times now, and found the experience to vary greatly. Breakfast is amazing, got a huge stack of pancakes for around $13. They were thick and fluffy, with excellent maple syrup. The staff seemed uninterested and distracted with gossip. Having worked in restaurants myself, I understand that it's not the nicest job in the world but it seemed a touch unprofessional. Still, excellent value and lovely meal. Was seated quickly and requests were tended to.

    Complete opposite experience when I've gone for a coffee with girlfriends. Felt ripped off by the price of my lukewarm coffee, that had been spilt down the sides of the cup and onto the napkin. One of my friend's macchiato's was only half-full. Staff were attentive and friendly, though, and kept a professional attitude.

    Never had a dinner there, because the prices are just far too high. Overall, no huge complaints, just wish it were better value, and that the staff actually seemed an appropriate age.
